Aaron Breen
Owner | Founder | Senior Lawn Technician | Soil Specialist
Aaron founded Lawngevity with a simple belief — great lawns are built from the soil up.
With years of hands-on experience in turf care and soil health, Aaron specialises in diagnosing lawn problems at their root cause. His passion lies in improving soil structure, restoring struggling lawns, and delivering long-term results through sustainable lawn care practices.
Aaron leads the technical direction of the business and is heavily involved in the more complex lawn renovations carried out by Lawngevity, including deep scarification, soil rejuvenation, overseeding and lawn recovery programmes. Known among clients as the team’s “soil guru”, he takes pride in helping customers understand what their lawn actually needs rather than relying on quick fixes.
When he’s not on site working with the team, Aaron is continually researching new techniques and sustainable products that improve soil biology and turf health.
His philosophy is simple:
“Healthy soil grows healthy grass.”
Stuart Gregg
Technician supervisor/Lead lawn Technician/Voice of reason
Stuart plays a key role in keeping Lawngevity’s operations running smoothly day to day. As both a Supervisor and Lawn Technician, he works closely with the team to ensure every treatment is delivered to the high standards our customers expect.
With a calm, methodical approach to lawn care, Stuart has built a reputation within the team as the “voice of reason.” His attention to detail and practical mindset help ensure that each lawn receives the correct treatment at the right time of year.
Stuart is involved in all aspects of Lawngevity’s treatment programmes, from seasonal fertiliser applications and weed control through to aeration and lawn recovery work. He also helps oversee site operations, supporting technicians and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and professionally.
Reliable, knowledgeable and approachable, Stuart is a valued member of the Lawngevity team and someone our customers trust to look after their lawns with care and consistency.
Dylan Curry
Lawn Technician/Operations support/Social media lead.
Dylan is Lawngevity’s Head of Treatments & Operations, playing a central role in delivering the company’s specialist lawn care programmes and ensuring the day-to-day running of field operations stays efficient and organised.
Working at the heart of Lawngevity’s technical service delivery, Dylan oversees the scheduling and application of seasonal treatments across our customer network. From fertilisation and weed control to moss treatments and soil improvement programmes, he ensures every treatment is applied accurately, safely and at the correct time of year to achieve the best possible results.
Alongside his technical responsibilities, Dylan helps coordinate operational workflow for the team, supporting planning, treatment logistics and maintaining consistency across Lawngevity’s treatment system.
